Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we initiate the refund immediately.
If you return an item purchased during a sale or using a coupon, the refund amount will be the actual price paid after the discount, not the original MRP. Please note that shipping charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
Yes! If you would like to shop with us again soon, you can opt for Store Credit. This is processed within 24 hours of the return approval and can be used to purchase any other masterpiece from our collection immediately.
Delivery
Once your order is placed, we typically dispatch it within 1–3 business days. For most metro cities in India, delivery takes 2–4 business days post-dispatch. For regional areas, please allow 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Absolutely. We use tamper-proof, weather-resistant packaging to ensure your hand-embroidered outfits are protected from moisture and dust during transit. Each garment is carefully folded and wrapped in soft tissue to prevent any snags in the threadwork, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep in “Ready-to-Wear” condition.
While we partner with India’s most reliable couriers (like Blue Dart and Delhivery), delays can occasionally happen due to weather or festive rushes. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ruhicollection.in. We take full responsibility for your shipment until it is safely delivered to you.
Shipping & Returns
Every piece at Ruhi Collection undergoes a final quality check before leaving our warehouse. We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–4 business days for Metros and 5–7 business days for the rest of India. You will receive a real-time tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your package is on its way.
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499. For orders below this value, a flat fee of ₹99 is applied. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across most Indian pin codes for a nominal convenience fee of ₹99.
We understand the delicate nature of Lucknowi Chikankari. Your dresses are packed in tamper-evident, moisture-resistant packaging to protect them from dust and rain. Each outfit is wrapped in soft tissue to ensure the threadwork remains intact. We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video upon arrival to help us quickly resolve any rare instances of transit damage.
Payment
We offer a wide range of secure payment options for your convenience. You can pay using UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and Net Banking. Our payment gateway is SSL-encrypted, ensuring your financial data remains 100% private and secure.
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India. This allows you to pay at your doorstep when you receive your masterpiece. Please note that a nominal COD convenience fee of ₹50 is applicable to these orders, and this fee is non-refundable in case of a return.
If your transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your account, don’t worry—this is usually a bank-side delay. The amount is typically refunded to your source account automatically within 3–5 business days.
