At Ruhi Collection, we want you to feel absolutely confident and beautiful in your choice. We understand that sometimes you might wish to see a product in person or try a different style to better suit your preference.

To make your experience seamless, we offer an In-Store Exchange Option at our Dadar outlet.

1. Flexible Style Replacement

If you have purchased a dress online and wish to replace it because you’ve changed your mind or would like a different design/color as per your liking, you are welcome to visit our physical store. This allows you to browse our full collection and find the perfect match.

2. Store Visit & Address

You can visit us during our operational hours to try on garments and process your exchange instantly.

3. Conditions for In-Store Exchange

• Unworn Condition: The product must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags intact.

• Invoice Requirement: Please carry a digital or physical copy of your online order invoice.

• Price Difference: * If the new product selected at the store is of a higher value, the difference must be paid at the counter.

  • If the new product is of a lower value, the difference will be issued as a store credit for your next purchase.

• Time Frame: In-store exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of your online order delivery.

4. Direct Store Purchases

Please note that items specifically purchased at the Dadar outlet (not ordered online) will be governed by our standard in-store return/exchange policy as briefed at the time of purchase.
