1. General Terms of Use
All offers, discounts, and coupon codes are valid only for purchases made directly on https://ruhicollection.in.

Coupons must be applied at the Checkout Page before completing the transaction. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.

Only one coupon code can be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Validity and Withdrawal
Right to Modify: Ruhi Collection reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw any offer, sale, or coupon code at any time without prior notice.

Limited Periods: Promotional offers are valid for a limited period or until stocks last.

If a coupon code is found to be used fraudulently or in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order(s) and disable the coupon code.

3. Exclusions
Offers and coupons may not apply to certain “Limited Edition” or “New Arrival” collections unless specified.

Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or store credit.

Discount codes generally do not apply to shipping fees or COD convenience charges.

4. Returns & Refunds for Discounted Items
In the event of a return for a product purchased under an offer, the refund will be limited to the actual amount paid by the customer (after the discount), not the original MRP.

If a “Buy 1 Get 1” or “Bundle” offer was used, the entire set must be returned to be eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

5. Technical Issues
While we strive for a seamless digital experience, Ruhi Collection is not responsible for any technical glitches that prevent a coupon from being applied during peak traffic hours. In such cases, please contact our support team at support@ruhicollection.in for assistance.
