At Ruhi Collection, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our Lucknowi Chikankari. Since each piece is hand-embroidered by artisans, subtle variations in motifs and threadwork are not defects but a testament to authentic human artistry. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for processing.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original tags must be intact and attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the invoice or order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order garments.

  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”.

4. Process for Damaged/Incorrect Items

We maintain strict quality checks, but in the rare event of transit damage:

  • Please record an Unboxing Video. This is mandatory for claiming refunds on damaged or missing items.

  • Report the damage to our support team at support@ruhicollection.in within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued as Store Credit or via bank transfer to your provided details.
