At Ruhi Collection, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our Lucknowi Chikankari. Since each piece is hand-embroidered by artisans, subtle variations in motifs and threadwork are not defects but a testament to authentic human artistry. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for processing.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

All original tags must be intact and attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the invoice or order number.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order garments.

Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”.
4. Process for Damaged/Incorrect Items
We maintain strict quality checks, but in the rare event of transit damage:

Please record an Unboxing Video. This is mandatory for claiming refunds on damaged or missing items.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued as Store Credit or via bank transfer to your provided details.
