1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to over 27,000+ pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a remote town, we strive to bring the grace of Lucknow to you.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Hand-Crafted Masterpieces: Since some of our premium pieces involve intricate hand-embroidery, certain orders may take 4-6 business days for a final quality check before dispatch.

  • Note: We do not process orders on Sundays or National Holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999.

  • Orders Below ₹1,999: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹50 is charged for all COD orders to cover secure handling.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner (Delhivery, Blue Dart, or Ecom Express), you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can monitor your shipment in real-time on our website or the courier’s portal.

6. Delivery Protocol

  • Secure Packaging: Your dresses are packed in tamper-proof, weather-resistant bags to protect the delicate threadwork.

  • OTP Verification: For your security, certain high-value orders may require an OTP verification at the time of delivery.

  • Incomplete Address: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. Ruhi Collection is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details.

7. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately at support@ruhicollection.in.

Important: We strongly recommend filming a short Unboxing Video to help us resolve any claims regarding missing or damaged items during transit.

8. Service Interruptions

While we aim for timely delivery, shipments may occasionally be delayed due to extreme weather, regional festivals, or unforeseen logistics disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such instances.
